  Just wanted to give everyone my experience i stopped smoking 16 days before i took my DOT drug test i took 20 of the easy@home , dollar tree, & equate drug test at home and they all came negative with very faint lines you can barely see i took my drug test at concentra they sent it to quest and pass got my results in 3-4 days ! I know how it is to have anxiety about getting faint lines so i thought i share my experience!!

  Heres why my best online digging leads me to believe that anyone seeing even very faint test lines at home shouldnt be too concerned about a lab test.. The labs can essentially conduct their test in two stages. The first stage Immunoassay is pretty much the lab screening the sample in essentially the same way as a home drug test kit. Im led to believe that the lab Immunoassays have the same typical cut off values as home kits therefore faint lines at home mean faint lines at the lab and Batman here has reassured us all that faint = negative. They may or may not use a machine which will print out a 'receipt' listing all the substances tested for and simply NEG/POS beside each one (nothing about quantities!) Im guessing that the machine can essentially "see" faint lines better than the human eye. If all results are negative then boooom test complete. Test passed. Permission to roll a fat one! However if one (or several) of the substances tested for produce a POS reading the lab then moves to 'confirminatory' testing using gas or liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry which is highly sensitive with far lower cut off values than the Immunoassay. At this stage they can tell exactly how much of a particular substance is in the sample. In laymans terms the second stage basically separates all the compounds in the urine for identification and quantification. This stage does still have cut off values but they are much much lower. One example being home kits testing for benzo's typically have cut off values of 300/200ng but I found a lab online claiming a confirmatory cut off of 2ng for BZOs. If your consistently passing tests at home your looking real good for a lab test. The second confirmatory test are more expensive and they wont go looking on a hunch. If the first part of the process produces negative results theres simply no need for confirmation. If it wasnt for my inability in the past to remain completely abstinent for any period longer that 2 weeks I wouldnt know any of this shit. If I have got any part of this process wrong or misunderstood any of it then im sure someone can correct me. Tia. Good luck everyone. 😇

  I’m having terrible flank pain and I make kidney stones often. I have these test strips and I use them before I decide to seek medical attention. This morning, I ran a strip through my urinary stream while peeing and it showed no red blood cells. I have some clean collection cups so just now I peed and dipped the test strip into the collection container, as shown in this video. My urine is now showing a high number of red blood cells. I had no idea that I wasn’t getting correct results from urinating directly on the strip. Thanks for making and sharing this helpful video!

  Haha im in the exact position. Negative for every substance but the BZO is just as faint (and has been for 5/6days now). Have a very important test coming up and last used diazepam 20mg 21 days ago - which was one time use of an older prescription in my name. The test will most likely be a lab one. Can I place confice in a faint line? The lab claims to test to a cut off of 2ng (both diaz and nordiaz) - which seem particularly sensitive tbh and certainly are the lowest numbers iv come across online. I have another 12 days yet but have option to rearrange.

  Make sure yall know about the ng/ml for the test. If the lab say uses 5.0 and the home test is using 50 then that faint line on the 50 means your close to failure. So also make sure to know about the actual lab ml/ng test

  Thank goodness I thought i was dying 😂 I am in week 2 of keto. I even got a glucose monitor to double check but that wasn't fully reassuring since I had urine saying go to the hopital and blood saying your fine. Lol thank you so much!

  @@Alice_Walker definitely did they actually just sent me yesterday to do the drug test since the hiring processing is a whole process i got lucky but drink alot of cranberry juice and the day before drug test i came out negative took me like a month and 3 weeks to fully flush it out thank you for hoping good onme may god bless you 🙏🏽🤍

  @@cristianramirez9577word I’m going to go do a drug test for the union also in a solid hour I’ve been drinking 6 liters of cranberry juice an hella water my C line is solid an the other one is faint I only was worried about the THC one cuz I haven’t smoked in over two weeks and I took multiple home tests but it came out the same I was freaking out but this video gave me the reassurance.

  Yes absolutely negative, my gf and I (me being sober and her being a cannabis user) compared our test result. Hers came back with absolutely no line under the test whereas mine was incredibly faint. That is still an absolutely negative test without bias. The faint line even if barely visible is still a negative. This is due to the drug and the test membrane. Sleep well and don’t worry.
