I have only one. Couldn’t see the year until I shined my iPhone light on it. An extremely vague 23 was slightly legible. I seriously doubt it has any value over a dollar or two….

I have one that has a couple of differences than these and I haven't been able to find any that have them online yet

I believe you were referring to the 1926S Buffalo Nickel with mintage under 1 million

If you have a bunch of no date Buffalo nickels,just dump them into a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide.It will reveal the date,just like Nick-O-Date.Takes a few hours,but cheaper. Of course,it ruins what little value the coin has,but so does Nick-O-Date.Especially useful for coins showing no mint mark (Philadelphia),which are high mintage/low value.Save the Nick-O-Date for ones that appear to have mint marks.

I have a 1934 and u can c the date what's it worth and who can u sell it to

1928 I think I have the 8 can tell the 2 I believe the top of the number is visible kinda but bottom 3/4 is pretty much flat

I found two buffalo head knickels stuck together tail side on them but no head side on them. Just a spiral pattern on the side where the head side should be

How do you know if the date has just been buffed off either intentionally or over time?

Is it possible that my nickel has no date or mint mark?? The hill the buffalo stands on is a flat hill.

I have a no date buffalo nickel with a Detroit Michigan banner across the front and it says lucky nickel above the buffalo. It's probably a dud.

As for nickels, buy a product called, "Nic-a-date". It will restore the date. It only costs about $6 a bottle.

I found a buffalo nickle w no date. This is the second channel that talks about it but doesn’t mention worth. Must mean that it’s not worth anything and that why I found it.

There was no five cent coin issued by the U.S. in 1933 (or 1932, 1922).

Sorry I just had to correct the dates of the buffalo, hand shake, ocean in view, and the keel boat. They ran from 2004 to 2005. Not 2005 to 2006. 😊

The 'Buffalo Nickel' never had the motto, "In God We Trust". Every U.S. coin ever produced for circulation has borne the word, 'Liberty' from the first issues as mandated in the Coinage Act of 1792. 'In God We Trust' first appeared on the Two Cent Bronze of 1864 - 1873. It was added to some, but not all, U.S. coin designs in 1866 and was included on most, but not all, designs introduced afterward. The first five cent 'nickel' ('Shield Nickel' of 1866 - 1883) had the motto, as did the second ('Liberty Nickel of 1883 - 1912), but was absent on the Indian Head ('Buffalo' - actually bison) of 1913 - 1938. 'In God We Trust' was never on the Half Cent (obsolete prior to 1864), did not appear on the Cent until 1909 (Lincoln), was never on the Three Cent Silver or Nickel, and was absent from all Half Dimes. The Dime did not receive the motto until 1916 (Winged head Liberty), it was not on the Twenty Cent coin of 1875 - 1878.

@@evelinemarcks6425 It may be damaged, altered, or struck through grease/ debris. The highly valued 'Three Legged Buffalo' (actually bison) variety resulted from a damaged and over polished die used at Denver in 1937 and all are thus '1937 D'.
