This tool focuses on both the primary and secondary activities that a firm does in order to create value. Very helpful for strategy, marketing and business college classes.

    hi. im a student in gmit letterfrack. a college in ireland. i doing a project on value chain. the question is: Examine a specific product as it progresses through the various steps in its production from basic raw materials through to being installed in the Consumers premises and beyond. could you give me any help in relation to this topic? if you could that would be great. thanks, Ronan.
