It’s impossible to discover Valpo by bus or vehicle, walking is the only way to see the hidden gems. We choose our freelance guides on the basis of how much they love Valparaiso. If they convince us of this as well as making us laugh and feeling comfortable we know they can make you as passionate as Valpo as we are. Who should NOT take this tour? If you hate meeting new people or seeing controversial if not a little offensive art then you are in the wrong place completely. If you are a more traditional type that likes a bright white clean house then you may not like Valpo. All the houses here look like they have been sprinkled on by a concoction of colour and art.

Schönes Video, ich habe dort 1993 ein Jahr gelebt, es hat sich nicht soviel verändert, allerdings ist heute mehr Graffiti und Kunst. Es war damals noch ein wenig grau nach der Diktatur. Die Stadt allerdings schon damals ein Bohemetraum mit Hafenkneipen in denen die Zeit vor Jahrzehnten bereits stillstand. Im Winter konnte am Horizont die schneebedeckten Anden sehen. Seufz....

VALPARAISO ...CHILE. a crecido enormemente , acia todos , lados, acia el sur , el norte , al este acia stgo .. Valparaiso , grita con voces contenidas , liberenme kiero progresar , cambien y aumenten mi zona urbana kiero krecer , soy valparaiso , del siglo veintiuno... Y no el del siglo 18...

Los troles tipicos de valpo. Como kieren , eliminar las victorias de viña del mar , debieran , alargar el recorrido de los troles , de valparaiso asta viña del mar , pasando por la quinta vergara , seria un boom , asistir al festival de viña del mar viajanfo en trole buses ... Para mi seria genial . Recorrer en trole toda la costa ...de la quinta region ...

Only a smal percentage of the tips go to the actual guides. Its a rip off as a company, guide are way underpaid (13 bucks per tour, whether they have 2 or 40 tourists).

Pipe Aliaga we gave the tips directly to the guides. How would the company be able to control the share for the guides if the don’t know how much the guides received in the beginning?
