This video is quite long because it spans over several days of work that I have done to my Heljan Class 60 that is 60092 in the DB Cargo livery and I have used the Vallejo Varnish which are the Gloss and Satin varnishes for sealing in and securing the Railtec Transfers after the lessons learned from the mistake I made of using Humbrol varnish which I covered in that video.
The work has taken me about 3 to 3 and half weeks overall as all I am left to do is to Satin varnish over the decals and the gloss varnish to tone down the glossy finish to balance in with the default Satin finish that Heljan has used on this DB Cargo Class 60.
I thought it would be nice to end June with this video as I have really enjoyed the experience of doing this Class 60 and the lessons learned in the process will help me improve on future models.
