Validate a date in Google Forms
In this tip, we will try to create a validation for specific dates in Google Forms.

There are many more things we can validate in Sheets, such as Postal Code, Adresses, and more. Any ideas?

Hello! Thanks for the message! I don´t think we could do it with this method. Maybe if we could add the validation with Google Apps Script, and update it each day...hmmmm. ...interesting. Could work, but have never tried it Regards!
Please help ..how can i allow a valid date before 26/01/2002 only...any date after should be shown invalid

We would have to build the regular expression I would build one for 2003 to 2009 one for 2002 one for 2010 onwards Regards!

@@practicalsheets I think, @priscila meant "text". like the regular expression you showed in your video, if you could have written in the description, it would be even more helpful in avoiding any tyop.... Am I right @Priscila??

Okay - this is not want my 40 people want. They want to click on the calendar and choose the actual date. My team does not want to use my form anymore - they want to it the US way as they are 45 yrs and older. They are saying its too hard. The date is the problem.
