The runway was really long. Walking in heels probably very painful. The Show was Mostly the clothes not the shoes.

I agree, wish they got fashion camera workers instead of architectural ones, the camera work is waaaay too distracting, one would love to see full shots, front and back, clothes like these are spectacular enough with the beautiful models, they don't need geese, waterfalls houses gardens

@@rachelLadyD I don't mind a little bit of context and usually the venue is part of the story of the collection (and probably places like this would like the exposure and visibility that these events could provide). You know a couple of short shots of the place after 15 models in a row is nice to not get saturated. But I think they hire "film/videoclip-like" directors that forget about clothes... Maybe I'm wrong, and surely there are things behind that couldn't be, but it is just my perception as a viewer and fashion lover (and former fashion designer at retail). And I realize that there is a lot of work of so many people behind. This critic is with all the respect to all that people.

If it is the first one, I absolutely would have change a lot of things, but I try to not be harsh, since there's always a bunch of people doing their work behind, and more times tgan we tough is not as easy as it can appear from the outside. If you are talking about the looks, I can assure you that a lot of these clothes look a way more different in person than in camera (you can appreciate the quality of the fabrics, the construction, etc), but I understand that it doesn't have to like to everybody, and it usually depends on what you like, your background, taste... But despite not liking the looks of a fashion show, I also try to not ve harsh for the same reason: it's the work of a lot of people (here at the end of the show) that deserve respect. In the same way, I respect that you don't like it

To answer your question, The staging is magnificent, couldn’t be better!!! (I like the curved building Dior used too) It was the clothing designs. I also agree that one should not Design nor purchase clothing W/O knowing pseudo history and alternative accounts Before designing anything as well as before you buy anything. (Truth is I forgot About the comment I left on this channel or I would have deleted it. I left some much “Harsher” Comments on the Dior show, and deleted them later. I mentioned “Angry Spanish Imperialist Ranchers”(?), But I wanted to say, The Emperor has NO CLOTHES! And yes, they were obviously All quality constructed.

I was amazed by the beautiful location. The architecture, the gardens and nature around... Stunning!!

Well they walked down the stairs, round the fountain, down the aisle....they walked....the over head drone shots give context to how long they were walking....but the single moment was when the team behind these masterpieces walked the runway with Mr. Piccioli...It was glorious! I actually stood up in my living room and cheered. All props to Pierpaolo Piccioli, this was an extraordinary moment. I just wonder what was it like when they were told they would be walking the runway, which looks like it was a mile+. Well done.

It was dazzling. I got thrilled. In the end all staff walk in the runway, even if was marketing, it was touching.

Always love V's shows. So utterly beautiful. And listening to Anohni singing. I haven't listened to her in a bit. Such a unique talent.

I don't understand fashion at all, but I can say that this is super beautiful. The set. The music. The clothes designs. Everything is so dreamy! Bravo!

I only have 4 different clothes in my closet and I'm not a fashion fanatic, but I'm really hooked on these "cinematic" presentations that big brands do lately. Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda 2023 and Louis Vuitton Cruise 2024 are SPECTACULAR.

The shoe doesnt work

damn they put the models thru the gauntlet! clothes that werent fitted properly, the girl with the head piece that kept slipping off, the shoes looked like it was tough to navigate in & then they have to walk a 8 mile runway....sheesh. and the fendi lady walked out with her staff at the end of their show a few weeks ago, but imitation is the highest form of flattery. it is nice they are starting to recognize the people DOING THE WORK!!!

Love PPaolo normally but it was just tense watching these models try to walk gracefully in those shoes. How on earth did that design pass all levels of the design process? The vision seems confused this time, imo. Wonder whats happen ing behind the scenes - maybe PP is in a transition to some new fabulous vision and just didnt have it together for this show? Gorgeous setting.

Now this is what I call a fashion show worth visiting 🤩

I sow the first clips of the show and I knew o had to take time to experience it, of course from a distance… for quite some time, Valentino, Pierpaulo and this magical team has been allowing us dream…from his first collection not as duo, was clear… he was in the right place and surrounded by the right people…it is evident that everyone loves what they do, that they aware that whom loves people we needs to be together, now more than ever… this is a beautiful, kind, un restrictive, fluid collection/proposal to the times we are all living in.
