    Joshua finished the race like he was completing a regular run. Very impressive to maintain such a fast pace and look fresh at the end.

    he's now beat Bekele's 5000 m WR by a ridiculous two seconds! What's astonishing is he did not even need a great final lap to do it. He was faster than Bekele was throughout the race. Consistent hard and strenuous pace from gun to tape. Reminiscent of Daniel Komen.

    That's some road race by Cheptegei! NN team finishers never look tired no matter what they have done, I'm not surprised if he will grow Marathon World Record holder in the future.

    He's the man to watch for the 10000 m in the olympics. But there is good competition though in the form of Barega, Kejelcha and Gebrhiwhet. Not to forget Farah staging a comeback. Don't know about how his comeback will be but hoping him to drop a sick last lap.

    I am proud when any human being breaks a record, road running is pretty much at its all time peak from Kipchoge ,Kipruto , Cheptegei and Brigid Kosgei, Ruth Cheptngetich etc.

    Hablamos de ventaja que proporcionan las zapas .. y te vas a Valencia , observas el circuito y ves que el primer km es descenso y el último también .. creo que el circuito da más ventaja que cualquier zapatos.. vamos que la bajada en pendiente a meta por poco que aprietes te pones a 3'/km sin ser muy bueno
