you are going good so far but i think the element fluorine have 9 electrons which means it has 7 valence electrons... i may be wrong but please research it but keep up the explanation, it going good so far for me.

exactly world boss. fluorine being element number 9 has 9 electrons. 7 in its valence shell and the other 2 tucked away inside. the presenter is describing neon (element number 10) around the 1 minute mark. she really should take a minute to review her videos before posting bad information and confusing young learners.
