Nick, this is the most stunning and perfect for someone like me little abode I believe that you have shown! I just wanted to start packing from the moment you began the video. One of the smartest remodelling of a space I've seen! And oozing with atmosphere! Really loved seeing this, if outdoor space isnt a priority, and you don't need more closed off bedrooms, this is really a bullseye. Gorgeous details throughout, and that view to boot! All you need is a Vespa! (and a little chunk of cash 😉) Whomever did this is an architect or interior designer for sure! 💕💕💕

Like so many of your viewers, I was captured by the rustic and beautiful decor of this apartment. So much so, that I contacted your office, who graciously took the time to immediately answer my questions and forwarded the contact info of the owner. I’m beside myself with anticipation of staying in this sweet abode for 3 weeks this fall. ( for the curious, the fireplace functions and wood is available to purchase) The owner has a bakery in town and all their reviews have been excellent. Your videos have become a welcome addition to my morning tea… they have inspired me to get off my chair, stop daydreaming and make this trip a reality. I doubt I would have discovered this charming place on my own. Thanks Nick for your introduction to an Italian experience, your videos are entertaining as well as informative. A bit belated today (I had to pressure-wash all our terraces ;)) - but yes: this is a true gem in an extraordinary surrounding. The combination of very old beams, tiles and walls with the industrial feeling of the newer additions makes is really stunning. Smashing little get-away! Love it! When one wants a get-away to Italy, and ok choosing carefully who to 'rent' to for B & B purposes. Simple, pack a small bag, a pair of shoes, a hat and be done with it. Buy anything local, ship it back home or sell it, give it away before you leave. No clutter. One fault IMHO that steep ladder up needs a railing. Easy to slip off sideways into a nasty fall. Tricky for young children. Otherwise? Smashing. Keys? Home!

Hi Nick, what a great job these people did with the remodel! Every detail so well thought out. Decorated very tastefully. They were able to get so much living space in such a small Space. The view is outstanding and so was the entrance. The outside of the entrance was so beautiful too looking so Italian and speacial. Iam sure this property won’t be on the market for long. My breath was instantly released with an ohhhh nick the minute you stepped into the home. To convert it from a place I've ALWAYS wished I could live in..a church! Is absolutely amazing. Perfect for a happy couple or single person with an occasional guest. I hope the fireplace works, or could have an insert, I understand the small space might not necessitate it, but I have to have a fire 🔥 also, I watch these on a 4K 65" Tele and they are stunning. 👏

I like it too. Very well designed and lovely plus the location. The strairs and hand rail are manufactured from corton steel, which is a kind of weathered looking steel. Whether they paint it over there I really do not know, but if they do they simply add a paint which serves as a preservativet.
