    டாகடர் நீங்கள் நல்ல கருத்துகள் சொல்லுகிறீர்கள்.பா எரிச்சலுக்கு வேப்ப எண்ணை போட சொல ன்னீர்கள்.சரியாகிவிட்டது.எனக்கு சுகர் ப்பி உள்ளது.என் பொண்ணு இறந்து விட்டதால் 2001லிருந்து petril 2mg இரவில் சாப்பிடுகிறேன்.அந்த மாத்தரை சாப்பிட்டால் தான் தூக்கம் வருகிறது.தற்சமயம் இரு பாதங்களும் இரண்டு பாதம் வரல் வரை பிர்ன்னு டைட்டா இருக்கிறது டாக்டர் என்ன செய்வது டாக்டர்.உங்கள் செல்போன் நெம்பர் தெரிந்தால் உங்களிடம் பேசலாம் என் உள்ளேன்.தயவு செய்து ந்ல்ல கருத்து சொல்லுங்க டாகடர்

    My doctor is a highly experienced.     yes 60 k vit tab with sunlight better , ideal time for sun exposure 10 am to 3 pm

Sir my question is.. there are different brands..vitamin D alone or calcium + vitamin D with different iu count..can u guide us of how much iu to be taken per day for age above 55 n above? And take only vitamin D or with calcium..? thank you..🙏

    I affected by vitamin d and calcium deficiency for last 6 year... last year I affected by bells palsy also.. i got proper treatment for that.. but no one told its due to vitamin d deficiemcy... now only i searched in google and came to know... now also i have hip joint pain.. but my age only 28... can i call u regards this
