Sometimes diabetes, sometimes hormonal Imbalances,or over use of antibiotics like Amoxicillin & others, or even immuno compromised diseased. You keep a record of every detail when you get it before or after period. How many days before or after Period. In a year how many times you get it etc. And tell your doc along with your illness and medication history. And Are you sure it's candida. Sometimes it can be BV also So it's always best to ask a doc

Try dr. Wong soap the yellow one. 2 minutes before rinse. Hot shower. In 10 days itching will go away

I don't have itching or burning but I do have a lot of vaginal discharge is it an infection or something else? Also I know I'm not pregnant

I’m dealing with this two for almost three years straight but I heard of taking women’s probiotic daily. Maybe after taking it for a long time it’d get better. Also try to add organic cumin and ginger to your diet cause they help decrease inflammation
