You can test cans also. If empty, under water. If filled, in dry tank. Cheapest to buy directly from factory (India). But if you want to buy locally, I can provide you details of local agents who sell our products. But they will have their own profit margin and I cannot control their pricing.

Do you mean how is calibration done ? The machine comes with a calibrator. Same video, go to 14:21 on the timeline and see how the calibration is done.
