Maida( All Purpose Flour ) - 3 Cups
Soda bicarbonate- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1 Pinch
Butter- 200 gms
Jaggery- 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar- 1/2 Cup
Eggs- 2 nos
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Peanuts( coarsely powered )- 1 1/2 cup
