Yes, they are. It's called the number notation and it's worth looking into if you want to improve.

The numbers are directional inputs, based on a keyboard's numpad. 5 is neutral, 4 is back, 6 is forward, 2 is down etc

If you’d like, I can show you some Susanoo ToD’s. For what I am experimenting, Adachi seems to be his best partner.

I do all my playing on a stick but theres no reason you shouldnt be able to do this on a pad

How are you canceling combos to lvl 1 hypers? I can’t even do that, it doesn’t let me Also isn’t there combos that doesn’t involve Kanji? I play Rwby and Susano’O

You can play with any assist, Kanji is just one of my favorites. To cancel 236B into super, you need to jump cancel and then do the motion. Similar to a tiger knee, very similar to Naoto K jump cancel extensions. Right before the last hit I press 9 (up forward) then do 214B+C
