For the combo at 3:19 could you do a 2147 input rather than try to JC then do the 214?

No you cannot cancel his special move 236B into his super move 214B+C plus it will not connect because of the recovery time. The only way is to use JC (Jump Cancel) which allows you to cancel his special move 236B into 214B+C. The reason why 2147 input will not work is because you have to cancel 236B special move with a JC (Jump Cancel) before you input 214B+C super. It's all about timing due to the long animation of the 236B special move. HOPE THAT HELPS 😁
