Not exactly sure, but I haven’t seen any bus on the way. You can book yandax cab though

Just one question one can apply for e visa before departing from Delhi what if one goes to Kazakhstan first does the validity of e visa for Uzbekistan starts right away on receiving it or on the day one enters Uzbekistan

Visa validity starts from the day you apply. But it's valid for 3 months. So you can apply long before you leave

If we are staying in Uzbekistan with couch surfing host or in hostels ....how can we get the registration coz registration is only granted by hotel owners

I am not sure if you'll get snow in May end. I went 2nd week of April, at that time most of the snow had started to melt so.
