yes, in Khorezm people speak Oguz turkic pretty similar to Turkish and Azerbaycani, other regions speak Karluk turkic

These are not natural colors even in Pakistan they colormbany chickens only because they look cute and childrens like yo buy them play with them and take care of them. Coloring thek makew more attractive

The chickens are dyed in chemicals to achieve such a colouring effect. Seen them in China before, and sadly these chickens die off quickly because of the toxic chemicals they are exposed to.
