are u using uta? if so try downloading another utau... it also depends on what vb type ur using... like cv cvvc vccv vcv... uta is a cv japanese bank... if you see gibberish in her voicebank folder, then reinstall utau... and make sure before you download it that your system locale is in japan. about vb types~ CV is the most basic vb type... its usually the most choppiest and robotic sounding...to use it type in characters like a ka ba sya etc. VCV is a list that uses overlap to bind vowels... making transitions from note to note smoother... to use them type things like - a a ka - ba - bya etc. CVVC is a VERY universal way of making utaus... mainly because its good for MANY languages such as english spanish japanese chinese korean german and many more... the usage can be the hardest part tho... to use it and blend notes together such as (a ka ba ra) instead of putting four notes on the piano board put seven... then put (a ak ka ab ba ab ra) in those notes. VCCV currently is a list equipped for english ONLY... there is already a tutorial for this list... look for paintedcz's channel for this tutorial... its the MOST difficult list iv ever used... ~i hope i helped you...comment if you need me!!!~ :D
