Neeko 2 can prob tank more than 2 Panth 1 even with twin terror and also his Punk stacks were'nt that high. And his tank items were on Amumu cuz of lowroll early. But as soon as he hits Panth 2 he sells the neeko, cuz it was way better to have another Vex for more dmg.
