Remember Toycat, as of 1.16.210 each chest has the same loot every time you load up the seed! It's no longer randomized like it used to be before Bedrock Edition 1.16.210.

@@gowildler That gives me a brilliant idea for a mod/data pack: a retextured/remodeled warden, made to look like a woman, who lives on an island of flowers. She behaves neutrally until the player interacts with a flower in any way - then she attacks. Seeing that Piglins do that for gold, I can't imagine it'd be too hard to rig up.

Back in Minecraft's Beta days seed showcases actually showed the absolutely gorgeous terrain that some seeds offered. In fact, one seed (the Glacier seed) was known by almost everyone due to how awesome it looked. It's kind of sad how with today's world generation it's all about the resources a seed offers because terrain-wise they all look the same. I'm really looking forward for that to change when 1.18 rolls out, given that they are going to improve the world generation.

Best seed I ever got spawned me in a village, and nearby was a ravine with an exposed stronghold. When I went into the nether the fortress was in plain sight. I honestly thought my game was broken

That desert well is actually kinda important, if you make base nearby it, you'll get infinite water, rather than going 50 blocks to the river

Hello! I'm the person who suggested this seed. The stronghold is actually underwater, exposed. :) The doorways lead to the water. It is at 5000 63 -1800. ❤ I suppose he didn't include it because he said he wants people to have their own experiences. :)

I always feel it's silly to consider anything cheating in a single-player game, it's just adjusting the game comfort to your level of laziness, same as using peaceful mode or creative, it's just a choice. Besides, if you don't have the instructions it's not like this seed will benefit you any more than any other, since you won't realize there were diamonds right under your nose. You'll explore for days and days, finally get the courage to check the ravines, and find the diamonds days later after grinding and then kick yourself for not looking there sooner.

Diamond story: so I got lost and keep inventory was on so I decided "Imma die" so I jumped into a ravine and JUST missed the lava and stone and landed in water so I was heading to the Java and found diamonds, so I mined them and continued exploring and ended up leaving with 16 diamonds. I send d up jumping in lava lol

@@moppycat2669 let me try to fix it: So I got lost in a cave and I found a ravine in that cave and keep inventory was one so I decided to jump into the ravine and I just landed in the water and I was walking towards the lava to jump in but then I found a vein of 1 diamond so I mined it and continued exploring and found 15 more. Then I jumped into lava and returned to my base.

I remember when seed showcases were about the awesome terrain that you could build on rather than the resources a seed offers. :/ I really hope to see more of the old-school seed showcases when 1.18 comes around. That'd be amazing.

I miss toycats seed videos, glad to see this one in a long time.

@@gowildler I've actually had pretty good woodland mansion luck, spawning right next to two in two of my previous survival worlds. But in my main survival world, I got and leveled up three cartographers, and none of them sold woodland mansion maps. That's when I decided to look up why they weren't selling them, but it was too late, as I had already leveled them up. At least they're pretty good for emeralds, though.

I like using seeds when I want a new terrain to explore or build on. I've got a small handful of biomes I like myself because my build pallet is so small and I don't vary out all that often. it's always fun when you find an empty village though. by empty village, I mean the path spawned in but the buildings or villagers didn't.

The items are "Procedurally Generated", meaning it's not random, as anyone with the same game version will get the same loot. It may change with different variations of the bedrock code, but each specific version yield the same thing for that version.

In a given seed for bedrock, the coastal village one, it has what I call "Carb Island", because it only has haybales on it

In the first canyon, (a ravine that you can see from ground level.) There is also an extra vein of diamonds that you didn't notice. Either that or I'm delusional.

Speed running MC shouldn't be a competitive goal, because it's primarily luck based. Not only by proximity to useful early game resources, but also the randomness that is cheat contents. If Mojang wants to perpetuate this particular competition, the only reasonable thing to do would be to create speed run seed. Every block, and every loot, are set values, with no randomness.

All speed runners be like: *ITS TIME TO SHINE*

Although it's considered cheating if you are struggling to find a biome there's a website called Chunkbase in which you can type in your world seed number and select which version you play and it can show you a map of all your biomes and can locate many other structures also

I was going to say this seed isn't great because it lacks a desert well but alas toycat found one right at the very end of the video changing it to a great seed.

how come people make a speedrunning texture pack that makes most blocks semi transparent (exept like nether brick, end portal frame, ect) then would that even be allowed in speedrunning?

I just started a new world; it has an open lava pit right next to the ocean near spawn. built a portal in that lava pit and it linked directly to a fortress.

Diamonds are plenty, and when you go caving or look for ravines you will find them quick in any seed. That might change for worse in 1.17. Never use cave spider spawner to grind xp, unless you know how to build AFK farm out of it, it's not worth the hassle. Use sketon spawner for early bonemeal, or build overworld gold farm that will also set you up for piglin bartering and easy way to get full beacon bases (it's like 1.5 stacks of obsidian 3 stacks of building blocks, and a bit of redstone, lava and watter) other farms will work too, just pick whatever you want and need to build (general mob farm, fish, cacti, kelp, potato farm, villager trading hall, or use furnace [bug]) If you need villages, just tower to the buid limit set render distance to the max and you will see like 3-5 villages from allmost any point in the world (except oceans). For the nether you actually want massive nether wastes at spawn for high chance to have nether fortress nearby. My current world has pretty nether at spawn, but you must walk 2000 blocks for the nearest fortress

At one seed I randomly got, I went to a village, made a house there, made a portal, and when I got into the nether I had a piglin bastion right next to me.

I fell off the nether and lost everything love your content keep it up

Where can we submit seeds for you to check out? I have this one I enjoy and wanna share it with you. It's not broken but has a few fun things hidden in it and there is a particular destination I remade the world in hopes the cave update changes it.

There was a pillager outpost in the savanna you missed so that can give you Xp in the top chest, or you can just kill the pillagers and golems for xp and iron.

Toycat forgot to mention a distant pillager outpost in the background while heading towards the desert pyramid

Yeh but someone had to find that seed at one point so by an enabling everyone to have access to the overpowered world you found, it evens out the playing field if that makes sense.
