What do you think about this method of growing potatoes?

It's almost exactly what I do. But, I cut the potatoes in pieces & let them dry a few days to prevent rot on the skinless sides. I enjoy your videos, because you are usually very clever, but CEMENT IS TOXIC & should not be used.

nice use of materials for a raised bed. Try wood ash on your cut potatoes instead of cement if you want organic.

It's to prevent rot on the open skin side. What he should use is wood ash or honey or simply let them dry fully and scab over... - not sure how safe the cement is if you're growing organic.

Nice harvest! How many potatoes come out of 1 plant ?

Why do you apply cement on the surface of the cut potato that you want to plant?
