Well I have been using Blynk for over 5 years... need to switch to rain maker now, as Blynk is loosing it worth for home users.

Only one request, for the upcoming project, please consume as much outputs as you can for the relay, as it will be more convenient controlling maximum number of devices using single project.

Excellent introduction to Rainmaker, you just made all the concepts really easy to understand. That's as high quality content as it can get, thank you! Also great service from Espressif... very professional and user friendly. I will definitely go with Rainmaker and the Arduino port for the prototyping, then i'll change to ESP-IDF as soon i get familiar with it.

Looks promising, does rainmaker allow you to get notifications via the app or set parameters via the app? I am doing an automated plant watering system and I'd like to receive a notification when my water reservoir is empty or be able to set my soil moisture threshold. Would that be possible via the app?

Hi. Any idea on how to use the REST API? I tried changing Node Parameter API to on/off switch, got successful response, but switch parameter does not change.

Thanks for this video, was very interesting but I have a problem. I try to use Scheduller on Rainmaker but every schedulle do nothing, doesen't change the Relay state. The time zone is correct (UTC-3 São Paulo). When I change the Relay state manual work but on scheduller don't. Can you help me?

hallow , thank you for your support , you are excellent as usual ,reference to google home integration with ESP rainmaker , i wonder why the temperature and humidity did not appeared in the google home screen and just the switch , another question why google assistant do not response for reading and telling us the temperature and humidity values when asking it for other integrations , in the other hand applications like IOS Home app like sire tell and talk the temp values! also i wonder why most of smart home applications do not use other needed IOT devices like water tank level measurement ,boiler room equipment's pumps widgets for example thanks again and best regards

to update wifi credentials you've to delete first node and then connect to wifi..???but it giving error says device not found and all claiming in process how to tackle it..?

Hello Sir, I have been following you on youtube for some time now. You have posted a lot of great videos that I have gotten nice ideas and solutions to. Recently you posted a video on ESP RainMaker Cloud and how it is easy and fast to use it for IoT projects and integrate it into Google Assitant very fast. Currently, I am using ESP RainMaker cloud on a project, I want to also integrate it into my custom app that I will be creating using flutter but I am currently having a problem with using the API connection of the ESP RainMaker. After entering the Auth keys and everything still, there is no communication. The response I always get is a failure. So please I wish you can do a video explaining how to use the RainMaker API for custom Apps and websites. I know you are very good at IoT and hope to hear from you soon. Nathaniel from Ghana

Very nice. Two problems need to be addressed: The ESP 32 does not reconnect to WiFi after internet outage. The relays do not remember their last states after power outage.

You can fix that yourself by adding a verification routine running on a timer.

I completely automated a Submersible Pump, lights fans. I used your code and tweaked a little bit and its still working great. Now I can finally define separate icons and variables for fans and other electronics and also if I have to change the wifi I do not have re upload the code again and again.❤️
