Using Igora Royal to Dye My Hair Copper / Ginger | Better than Hi-Color!!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I tried out the copper dyes from the Igora Royal Line and it's safe to say I love them! The colour comes out even and bright and you do not need bleach to lighten your hair first!
Colours used in even parts:
Schwarzkopf- Igora Royal 7-77 (Medium Blonde Copper Extra)
Schwarzkopf- Igora Royal 8-77 (Light Blonde Copper Extra)
Schwarzkopf- Igora Royal 0-77 (Orange Concentrate)
For my Roots i used 30vol Sally's developer
For my ends i mixed 10Vol and 20Vol equally as my developer
The colour mix is a 1:1 ratio!
Where I purchased: cosmeticworld.ca/products/igo...

    They also have the colour L-77 which is in a purple box from their Fashion Lights line! It’s meant to be used to make highlights, but I put about 10g into my dye mix and it helps boost it juuust a tad.

    What colours are you using the fashion light with and did you use it on virgin hair?

  • @slimypeach

    @slimypeach

    5 ай бұрын

    @@CarliaJones-nw3rw I used it with 50% 7-77 & 50% 8-77 mixed together. I also used 30 volume and my hair wasn’t virgin, BUT I used a bleach wash beforehand to get rid of old dye I had in my hair. If you have your hair dyed brown, for example, it won’t lift that brown but it will absolutely lift virgin hair and it will come out stronger on bleached hair. 💖 Edit: I also left it on my hair for 40-45 minutes.

    Love the colours . Are you still using Igora on your roots? I’m deciding shades and whether to start with igora Royal 7-77 with a 0-88 booster for depth or whether to use the fashion colour l-88 and blend the roots with the 7-77, 0-88 shades. If you hadn’t used a hi lift previously would you have considered using this on your whole head?

    Please help! I had my hair professionally dyed months ago to deep red without bleach (roots are my natural color again). Originally my hair was virgin light black. So when it was colored, it ended up looking like a deep burgundy tint on my black hair so really nothing too different. I want to go to this copper color, but what would you recommend me doing?

    You got great results and blended the patches really well. The shade looks great on you too! I will check out your other content! And I'm glad you are feeling re-inspired to make new content - I think it's hard as you get more subs to not have your reason for making content become distracted by growth - suddenly you want to make content that everyone loves and is as good as other channels they may be watching. This deviates from the reason for posting when you first started - so it causes stress and pressure and self doubt and ruins the joy. Remember - you started posting when you had little to no followers - so you can still do that - don't let the numbers distract you from the reason you posted that first video - keep posting videos for the reason you did back then with no one watching - and you will put out content that is unique to you - even if there are 1k videos about the same subject - and you can be happy with what you made. If you lose or gain subs should be something interesting but not something to worry about. You obviously connect with people to have the number of followers you have - so trust that they are rooting for you and not judging you - and there is someone out there that will benefit from what you create. Any negative opinions you encounter you can take what is useful and will help you to grow as you move forward - opinions that tear you down and provide no useful perspective aren't valid and should not be selected, given more consideration, and believed over opinions from people that are supportive and encouraging and want the best for us. Some people want to dim any light they see because they want everyone to be in the dark place they are - or they covet it, or are threatened by it. That is their journey - don't give them permission to dim your sparkle. For an affirmation, I tell myself every day, "Remember to treat yourself with patience, kindness, and respect, and give youself advice and encouragement the same way you give it to your best friend ". It can help stop the negative, discouraging, and verbally abusive ways we talk to ourselves. It helps me to catch myself when I'm thinking/talking about myself in a way is so mean and rude- and I would not say to my worst enemy - let alone somone I'm supposed to care about. I wish you the best of everything in your journey!

  • @MoniqueZeldaTV

    @MoniqueZeldaTV

    Жыл бұрын

    @@marinaguzel3149 no, so basically the developer is what’s gonna lift your hair to make it lighter and the higher the number on the developer the more damaging it will be. If your hair is already dyed hair and is faded then it doesn’t need a high developer just a weak one to deposit the colour back into it!! I hope this makes sense!
