DYEING MY HAIR SOLID COPPER | SCHWARZKOPF IGORA ROYAL
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Using Schwarzkopf Igora Royal
8-77 and 0-77
Half 20 vol and half 30 vol
This is the color I've been doing and loving for months now!
I do my color every 4 weeks and do toners in between like every 2 weeks.

Hairdresser here... I use the same formula on me just different ratio. But 25 minutes is not enough time for the color to process properly. You should be leaving it on somewhere between 30 mins to 45 mins. Permanent color is a 2 parts process where first the developer lifts up the color from your hair folicule and after that it deposits the new pigment. You're only getting the lift part done and some very little deposit on your hair. You can see how your root area is darker than the lenght because the lenght has been to this process more times and so the color has been lifted more times so it looks more translucid than the newer, closer to the scalp hair. Nothing bad will happen if you leave the color in longer, at some point it will simply stop its process. Try leaving it on for 45 mins next time and you'll see a much better color deposit. Igora is a great brand! I use it exclusively.

Hi, i currently have bleach hair with semi permanent red hair dye on my lengths. im trying to stop using bleach and use igora royal instead to touch up my roots. my natural hair colour is black. do u think 30% developer is ok? & can i still use semi permanent colour on it?

What does she mean by using the 20 and 30 developer half and half. Is she mixing it all together in one bowl or 20 developer in one bowl with the 8-77 & 0-77 and the 30 developer with 8-77 & 0-77 in another bowl and use one color for roots and the other for the rest of the hair? Maybe you can answer for me, thank you

Hey girl, love this color! I’ve been searching for a solid copper color. I just removed black and going to bleach my hair. If I start with bleached hair, do you think these two together would come out like yours? I appreciate your feedback! Thanks ☺️
Beautiful, do you apply the dye on clean hair?
From one bottle red to another, AMAZING work ❤❤❤ I love being a fake redhead. I use 7-57 and 6-77 myself, but it was trial and error. Love your walk through! Very in-depth.

Hello my friend, I dyed my hair a light orange color 77_8 and I would like to do the same color as your hair. Does it need to be removed or should I buy it to correct the color 0_77?
Hi, can I ask where you purchase Igora Royal from? I tried Amazon but the packaging looked fake so I returned it. Several sites appear to require me to be a registered hairstylist, and of the other ones I am not sure which products are legit. Thank you! Your hair is gorgeous!!

@DanielaAngueira
Жыл бұрын
I've gradually gotten to the color I have now. My natural color is a very dark brown. I started off with a balayage, then babylights then started doing full color. for someone who has virgin hair or has lighter natural hair bleaching isn't necessary but if you have previous color a bleach wash or a full bleach out may be needed in order to get brighter copper results! hope this helps xo

You don’t get hot roots by applying roots first?
@DanielaAngueira
Жыл бұрын
Since my natural hair color is so dark (level 3) I need to use higher developer on my roots to lift them to match the rest of my hair and let them sit for longer. I don't want to use 30 vol so my solution is to use 20 or 25 and just let it process for longer. If you dont have a dark base like mine you will end up with hot roots if you apply the roots first. for a dark to light application it is definitely recommended that you apply off scalp and then off scalp.
Do you have to pre lighten?
@DanielaAngueira
Жыл бұрын
Pre-lightening depends on whether your hair is virgin or previously colored!
Does it work on very dark hair?
@DanielaAngueira
Жыл бұрын
It depends if the hair is virgin or not. I would recommend a consult with a professional for them to determine whether the hair needs to be lightened or not before applying the color and what developer strength needs to be used!

Why do you use two different volumes, and how much of each
@DanielaAngueira
Жыл бұрын
I used two different volumes this time to get a little bit more lift and for it to be more orange and brighter. But my usual is 20 volume on the roots and 10 volume on the rest for my touch ups. Everything is 1:1 ratio so i did half and half of each
You're looks darker red orange which I like. Other videos this color looks more orange.

exactly half and half!
This is Jessica Rabbit hair. That’s who she reminds me of.
There is no need to use 20-30 on you’re ends you’re over doing it, you’re only refreshing and re depositing those copper tones, I would remix but only use 10-13 vol on the ends. Using 20-30 every time you’re going to damage your hair….. do you but I don’t recommend, a colour technician or almost 15 years. But apart from that only comment is your process time should be minimum 30 minutes. Color looks great!
