I always do. With the new DAS, I have a disability and I have evidence so I will apply and have my documents so I can have DAS again and genie+

Very informative video. All of this can be so overwhelming we have a trip coming up and I’m definitely going to use this advice.

I have! But I don’t feel it would be beneficial for my family. I feel like I can book and modify GP and LL’s pretty well. 😅😅

Do you get a choice of the times when preselecting times?

You kind of did but they no longer offer pre-selections with the new DAS system.

Can I ask you a clarifying or what would you do question? lol We pre registered our daughter and made two preselects for our first day at Hollywood Studios. The cast member I chatted with said HS is a good place to go on your first day, she said MK is "a lot" lol I have smugglers run preselected for 11:30 am. Our main goal in life is to ride ROR, everything else is icing on the cake. We are Canadian so once we go to guest services, show our id and get our passes, I heard the DAS will show up on my app. Do we then book ROR using DAS immediately? What if it says 5pm... are we stuck the rest of the day till 5pm? We have slinky dog preselected at 6pm if that helps. Or do you suggest we get genie plus as well? Or pay even more for ILL ? That's a lot of money for one ride lol

Hi! So once your in the park and have your passes DAS should show up in the app if not definitely go right back or even better check while your there before you walk away. So the way DAS works is that your wait time will be the current wait time of the ride. So lets say you entered the park checked the app and the wait is 65 minutes for ROR so your DAS will give you a time back in 65 minutes and so on. You can ride this ride as many times as you like just keep booking DAS as soon as you have scanned in for the ride. I cant remember if it has one or two scanning points but you can ask the cast members. So if it has two once you scanned the 2nd time go right back into your app and book ROR again! You definitely don't need to get GP if this is your main attraction and everything else is just icing on the cake. Keep in mind this ride breaks down a ton if that will happen while your waiting for your time to come up or if your on the actual ride they will issue you a multi experience pass and so that ends up being like an extra pass that you can use! Hope this helps!

@@flamingodiego I should add that if your going during a busy time of year and say the wait can be 200 plus minutes i would still get the DAS pass right away for it as you enter the park and purchase an ILL. When you purchase ILL it gives you time options so you can try to get the best time that works for you. This would be a great option because if the wait say is 200 minutes then the ride breaks down THEN your stock waiting around for hours but if you got the ILL then you secured another way for you to ride the ride! Try getting to the park in the morning and making this your priority. :)

Hi, can you still book the same ride with genie + even if you have pre selected the ride already with DAS? For example I preselected Peter Pan but it’s not till 8pm, can I book Peter Pan with earlier time on genie +?

Hi! Yes absolutely! This is why we use both together so my son can go on the same ride multiple times!

Hi! Im so happy to hear that, thank you! So its a yes and no kind of answer. If everyone stays on one account then you will only have 1 set of of pre-selections but if you and say your partner or another person who's over the age of 18 creates an account then each one of you can have one child per account BUT this really one works for guests say who have a big age gap between the children...or one child likes thrill rides while the other one doesn’t. So one adult can take the younger child on the little rides while the other adult takes the older one to the big rides. I guess this way no one is left out or has to sit out while the other enjoys a ride. If you do it this way then remember that for the rest of the trip you have to manage everyone between the two accounts. When you have your video chat definitely ask the cast members for more info. If this way works better for you then you can definitely do it. Hope this helps!
