I used Teseract glow for my Battlefleet Gothic Necron ships and it looks really nice. Like you said, apply it over a white undercoat for the best effect. I highly recommend adding the mixing balls as described, but using a vortex mixer or something similar to shake the bottle to prevent fatigue as it takes A LOT of shaking to fully mix this paint.

@@ForceHammerGaming for what its worth, NOT mixing it well actually gives it a much more interesting contrasting oil and water effect that makes it look more like flowing energy or an aura like quality, not mixing it or hardly mixing it at all gives it an almost highlighter ink quality which is helpful for a first coat followed by a coat of half mixed being applied to say the glow of a lasrifle or toxic waste ect, in fact im not entirely convinced you are meant to mix this particular technical effect paint to a blended homogenous consistency at all and that the contrasting light and dark highlights you get from a "half" mix are not only effective but intentional
