What do you work as?
After doing my Textiles degree I did my PGCE teacher training at Goldsmiths, University of London to become an Art and Design Secondary School Teacher. Currently, I work in a hospital teaching art part-time to mainly 16 -18 year olds. In addition, I teach art in my studio on Saturdays and I give textile workshops to schools. I set up this channel in April 2020 after being furloughed during lockdown but soon realised I really enjoyed designing, creating projects, filming and editing my videos....so if you'd like to support me please subscribe! I would love to spend more time making extra videos every week 😍

I think the flower one would be adorable on a headband for a little girl. The fold over triangles, for some reason make me want to make them sideways for angels wings on a Christmas project. See you next time. God bless. :)

Hi I really like the idea of a headband with the flowers on it actually, thanks Julia!
I am thrilled to find more on fabric manipulation! Thanks for being there. I am a quilter looking for new ways of looking at things. Great experimentation too! Hope to try some of these techniques.

thanks Yele...check out the fabric manipulation playlist you may like some more of those...😀
I like the flower one to embellish a coat or jacket. I imagine other fabrics and prints could be used with a little Terial Magic to stiffen them a little and make them stand up. Olfa also make a circular rotary cutter that would make cutting the circles a lot easier. 😊
