Hi Ryan, thank you for the great tutorial. Wanted to let you know that there’s an easier way to copy the SKUs in Printify. In the list of SKUs on the far right column is downward facing arrow. Click on the arrow or just click the row to reveal another row that shows the SKU again. You can then right click on the SKU in this new row and copy it. Hope that helps.

Great video.. Hello custom is a game changer for POD but can it also be used for digital only sellers?

This software is cool! I make my own mugs and shirts. At what point would I receive the file to print from, this way I can make my own stuff virus going via a POD.

Hi Ryan, so as I’m updating and publishing these listings. What happens to the listings that I listed on Etsy? Do I now have 2 listings of the same thing?

What if I have a sleeve design but a customizable front name graphic. Will Hello custom customize the name and when it's re-uploaded to Printify will the sleeve design also be there?

Now if I could get this to talk to mydesigns as well, things would be sweeeeet.

Trying to understand if Hello Custom will personalize digital products also. Or is there another way to do it "automatically?"

Ryan, Ty for tutorial. 2 questions can you tag multiple personalizations for ex/name and date, maybe 4-5 grandchild with “grandma, or Gigi also? Basically will it allow multiple customizations on one item? And 2nd question to copy & paste the SKU’s can you copy ALL SKU’s at once or only one color and all sizes for that one color at a time? Either way what you just showed was extremely helpful bc everyone else shows us to split screen and copy and paste each individual SKU at a time and that is extremely time consuming that’s why most ppl places a cup holder in a SKU until and order comes through-have it on manual and then go in and out correct info. Which was that fastest way I recently found how to do personalization. I’m sure A LOT of ppl already know this or even what you showed us-please be nice…I am trying to learn a lot by myself. Thanks everyone in advance 😊

why only printify? no integration with printful?

Do we have to copy/paste the SKUs for a listing to Hello Customs every time that listing sells, or does Hello Customs have a way of recognizing the listing once it was personalized once in HelloCustoms? And if it does recognize the listing once it has been personalized the first time in HC, does this work on the free plan or does this only work on the paid plan? Thanks!

Im confused on this (and maybe how custom orders work in general on printify). So you have your product entry in printify with all your SKUs. A custom order gets placed for Rebecca, HelloCustom creates the image file to be used and sends it to printify with the SKU, order placed. But if another order comes along for Sara and HelloCustom creates the image file and sends it to printify BEFORE Rebecca's order is sent to production (say you have printify set to hold all orders until noon each day), then will it overwrite Rebecca's order with Sara's? Custom orders scare the crap out of me because I feel like I dont understand the process and Im afraid of sending people the wrong product...Im sure Im overthinking it

After Rebecca's order is placed, HelloCustom works its magic and places the file in approval queue for us to approve (this sends it to Printify). In a tutorial video I was told that HelloCustom CANCELS any orders that go to Printify by default, and routes the order through their software where we manually approve the personalized designs

Usually happens if you have too many Etsy windows open. Try logging off then log on again. Or clear your cache.

Hello Custom is no longer free. To start it costs $30 a month or $300 if by annual with their business tier, which is now the base tier. No more free starter plan available. You can't get past creating an account unless you pay up.

doesn't like an ai at all to me, perhaps very interesting, I'll check improvements he made in the meantime

ok I see the AI is used to understand the personalization string, but I don't think it's a good idea to accept unstructured personalizations 😅

it would be nice to have an option that sends a png preview directly to the customer with a link to approve or reject, a reject would be handled by the shop owner, while approves fulfills the order unattended

These outlandish claims should be banned.
