The health regen artifact and the deployment resource speed up are artifacts I typically always go for whenever they show up

If someone's is struggling in dives I think the most effective setup (other than spreading out your power characters) is to put a single healer in each team and set the healers as leaders. This will guarantee that you'll have at least two healers for every battle and for tougher ones you'll have three or more every time.

Dunno if my advice will help you people stuck on 45 but: -Stack 1 ship for the last battle with your majority good units. He hits very hard. Have some other good units for the other squads so you can still clear early battles. -Split the healers up between squads. I personally set 1 as support in one of the other squads to make up for it. -If you don't have that many 100s, set your small squads to 6 units to protect your damage units. Level 55 defenders/strikers can still take hits for support squad units. -You can set a carry as a leader/support for the small battles, but keep in mind support units cannot be redeployed. -Level your SHIPS (Even level 30 is more tankier than a level 1 ship). Level your units. Set an operator. Upgrade your skills. Equip your units. The small difference in stats can make/break your game. Niche stuff: -Gauntlets are the WORST in the 40s dives unless you can kill ATF-35 Thunderbolts easy. If you cant and you set a weaker ship, it will die to the planes in a few seconds. -Riemann units can AoE behind your units pretty easily, so make sure you use lots of melee protecting snipers if you can. Just watch out for the bomber. -Orca is very, VERY good for your carry/support carry, as long as you can keep her alive she gets damage up when something she smacks dies and she heals from it. She also does more damage to C.Os. so she gets more damage against Riemann, Poincare, and Corruption Core battles. I have reset because I cleared 45, so I'm in the middle of running through again.

​@@hermanwillem7057 Sure thing, when I cleared I had two 100 units/max stars each small squad. The main squad had 3. All the 100s were at least 3 limit breaks but they were not all max skills. I should mention that two of these were R units as well (specifically Irie and Tommy Die Hard). The extra units ranged in level from 55-90. My ships were level 30-100 (only the main carry was 100) Support units were all max skills/100 and had some high gear from raids and gauntlet. Supports were Orca, Evelyn, Karin Wong, and Seo Yoon.

For Gauntlets you need minimum Kyle Wongs, Assault Riflemens, Gaeuns, Shinjias, Rosarias, or Seo Yoons. And all teams should have at least 1 of those.

I used 4 dps units as leaders for four ships, idea was to just stall till support leader drops and brute for the stage. Support leader do not use your deployment cost they have separate ,so 3 cost dps drops faster.4 dps as leaders is important because 45 stage boss summons towers which will stall if you don't have enough dps to kill them.use like 5 to six units per team so they repeatedly stall till support leader drops.And ship level is also important atleast for 2 or 3 teams to deploy units easier.

My first leader is twins just because how cheap they are. They'll be out there in the first wave with any ship which helps immensely.

Biggest tip to beating any dive if your 3rd &/or 4th teams are lackluster, do the Gauntlet stages. They are the easiest to push through among the three.

Ship is important! Not which ship, but ship STAR RATING. Without a high star rating (meaning levelled to 50 and upgraded) you are going to die a lot in dive 40+! It doesn't matter which ship, but make sure to upgrade your ships before going on dives!

Back then in SEA when 46-50 scavenger dives doesnt exist yet, all my squad leaders are healing support units

Better way to do it is only use 4-5 units per squad. That way you get the leaders from other squads out sooner. So all you need is 16-20 units. At least that worked way better for me. But you did mention it, so 10/10 guide :)

Stuck at dive 42, but i did it lazy style: on auto. So i guess i did good. But looks like i do have to do it manually now. and/or rearrange my teams. Hopefully i can finally finish it before reset.

I'm just happy to get to floor 43, the rewards from 44 and 45 are meh, ok, but to not vital imo, but I'll keep trying them till the very last day for reset

I always have a solid set on the first 4 + a healer the rest can be whatever and then you can auto this until dive 45. The ai is also stupid sometimes so i suggest to manually steer the route in 40-45. In dive 45, you have to put a good ship with a good unit to take on the last boss. Is there any britra guide raid coming next, guitarock?

Dive 45 is easier with def debufff units. Also gotta hope you land atk buff artifacts.

5:34 Correction, cost doesn't factor in for support. The time it takes for support to show up is all on a fix timer, regardless of their cost. My advice is to put Ship 1 Leader as good tank (be it a striker or not), follow by the rest as Healers as leaders. So you have Ship 1 Tank, Ship 2 Healer, Ship 3 Healer, Ship 4 Healer or Damage dealer. This way you have a sustain team in every battle. It's important to have sustain, since if the Support happens to fall in battle, they cannot reappear like the normal active team members. So for people that don't have strong teams, you probably want your first 3 units to hold the line for every ship setup. For example: This is my F2P setup without having to use A. Hilde Ship 1: Esterosa De Chevalier (Leader), Damage Dealers, etc (optional recommend: Arius Esquede) Ship 2: Tanky Striker or Defender (aka Irie Alford), Evelyn Keller (Leader), Damage Dealers, etc Ship 3: Tanky Striker or Defender (aka Lee Yumi), Yang Harim (Leader), Damage Dealers, etc Ship 4: Orca (Leader), Tanky Striker or Defender (aka Chifuyu), Damage Dealers, etc (optional recommend: Claudia Nelson)

A. Mina is also good Tank with Aspd Set and Dmg Reduction Subs if you are not using it for Nuking because of Perfect Evade Spam, even add more Hp or Evade. I find it much more effective than Lee Yumi which feels Squishy as Hell in the majority of Hard Missions.

@@bamboo9666 Yeah no, if you compare A.Hilde to any 2-3 cost Support unit she feels extremely slow to get out, I think cost definitely plays a factor into how long it takes for a support unit to get deployed

How do i beat dive 1?

Bruh i got to the final boss and saved my strongest team for it but the time run out when it had like 1 hp. I had one more squad left but that easily lost. I started a couple of weeks later so not many built units but hopefully i will clear it on my next attempt.

That's why its just DPS Gear Check. All Hard Missions are like that.

As a global player, should I hoard my fusion cores? Or use them on certain units? (I know rearm will be out eventually do maybe them?) Or should I just use them for my favorite characters?

Either use them on awakened characters or rearm targets. If you plan to re arm a character I think you should go ahead and level them to 110 using fusion cores. Save the ssrs for the rearm data. For example if you have xiao and want her kestrel form when it releases, you should get her to 110 with cores. Though if you don’t care just use them on whoever you want

Use it on PVE Awakened Characters like A. Hilde and Yuna because they are Team Carry. Never waste them on PVP Units. You also use it on extremely important DPS Units like Xiao.

The Wave Missions are the Easiest. So throw your worst team at those. Specially if you are just using 3 Teams because you are New. There aren't any advices other than having enough Geared Lvl 100 units because the Map Generation is still RNG based since u need to skip at least 2 fights to save Ammo for Clearing. And 45 is just Dps Gear Check like a lot of Hard Missions, there is no way around it. If u can't kill the DPS Mobs fast enough Hilde is just gonna get Stomped even with Godly Gear like it happens on that Challenge with 3000 Swordfighters and Riflemen. Sure, she'll be the only one able to stall long enough at current Powercreep but it's all about the DPS. Even your Op Healer won't be able to keep up if you can't kill the Mobs fast. So yeah it's a DPS/ASPD Reliant Tower Defense Gacha Hell.

Part of the problem is not having enough max level units to go around, also it's going to be a pain to have to pay 300/600 quartz for that additional team slot as a f2p, i don't see the point of price gating the extra team slots when they expect us to have multiple teams

The best time to do dive if you are f2p is when you wake up on your day off, most if not all your squads on expedition would be home, just dive before sending then again. But yeah 4 squads minimum.

@@PewPewSol true lol prob would have been better way to do it, I had been constantly procrastinating to do them so I set aside a day just to go through all of the dives in one session lol, it was a tedious boring day but I did finish most of it. Just haven't beaten floor 44 and 45

Conivience esp when you have the whole world map branches unlocked plus more content that need more squads like the future dive floors

This isn't related to dives but is there a way to get duplicates of a character's unique gear from the Counter Files? Or do you have to spend binaries to retune them?

No way to do this, but Later on we can farm some of them in challenge stages ( those are hard as you expect, level 130 enemies). The ones that can’t be farmed ( I know Gaeun can’t farm her weapon atm).. well you have to tune if you wish to make them usable

@@yatogami473 alright then you just need to make sure you set the right leaders, and then go for actual good artifacts. Just remember to use your strongest teams first (to hopefully get artifacts). Priority is safe zone > ! (Guaranteed artifact) > red/purple. If you have a gaeun or rifleman that’s fully geared and maxed out they can actually do the yellow stage if you are unlucky enough to only get a yellow with artifact stage. But yeah you have a couple days to try and power level your squad. Good luck. If you fail just remember you probably had bad artifact rolls. Artifact does impact your runs a lot. That’s why starting with your strongest teams first is the way to go so your weaker teams have artifacts to help them. And for the boss just make sure your main team has best ship, operator and probably 5-6 maxed out good units. Shi yoon can counter the boss too (but not the charging) so if you are dying to him, consider putting him in. Good luck
