Reverse1999 is launching it's half anniversary tomorrow and the new banner is going to be the first true "Limited" character (usually everyone enters the standard banner after a while, but this one won't), And if you don't mind heavy fan-service, maybe brown dust II? they give free pulls all the time, and you can pull for free once every day on every banner, and the game gives a LOT of gems for beginners too. Currently it's having a collab with Mushoku Tensei

For echo how about if u use 3 echo crit dmg/rate?

Not worth it. 2 crit echoes is okay, since it still leaves enough room for three 1-cost echoes, but with 3 crit echoes you won't be able to equip anything else. This means no 5-set bonus, nor a second 2-set bonus. And you will be missing out on A LOT of stats. (The values you can roll on sub-stats are really high. I think I got something like 23% crit DMG sub on a 1-cost piece once. It's much better to only use one or 2 crit pieces, and get the rest of your crit stats from substats or a crit weapon. And the optimal echo comp for DPS is still 1 crit echo, 2 elemental damage echoes, and 2 one-cost attack echoes.)

Doesn't Baizhi outro buff last 6sec but refresh every 3 sec for a total of 30sec, so its same as Verina. Only downside is that it can only affect your next character you swap to instead of the whole team which makes it clunky and you can't apply it to main dps with the outro of a sub dps at the same time.

Ok I realize I didn't actually read her outro and just assumed it was the same or that there was a typo. I feel like this either has been tested already or that it is the world biggest oversight xD Just reading the skill both seem plausible but more likely is that the dmg buff is only for 6 seconds and will not refresh. Otherwise we have a total of 36 seconds of buff uptime instead of 6 making her outro better then Verinas.

Oh and Verinas outro dmg buff should not affect your own team just allies teams, or that is what it says. Bet testing has been done there too so it's probably false.

ok just did a simple test... Looks like Baizhi really does give a 15% all dmg deepen bonus for 36 seconds. So yea... go figure. xD

Blessed banner. I was the worst pulls in my group and it took me 70 to get kikyou. Most got it within 30.
