    Opened my eyes to what's possible with Limber. I've been doing Motion Graphics for a while and ready to dabble with Character Animation. Happy to find a content creator that has fully fledged tutorials that are easy to follow. Thanks!

    I didn't know about Limber before you showed it. But now i really like it. And I think I don't fear character animation so much when I tried it before. Thank you for tips and videos, John.

    When i select my shoulder + elbow , and wrist and do rig with that three circles ( rig and pose ) those three ( shoulder + elbow+ wrist ) they're gonna disappear, why ?

  • @TheKeyframeAcademy

    @TheKeyframeAcademy

    9 ай бұрын

    Because they are replaced by the limb. Rig and pose is for attaching the sections between joints. So the bicep and forearm.

    How heavy is limber? Meaning what is the toll on RAM? It looks like a memory eater, but I could be wrong.

  • @animatabledotco

    @animatabledotco

    Жыл бұрын

    RAM in AE is mostly about layers - the bigger your layers and the more layers you have, the more RAM they eat. So you should see more or less frames in your RAM Preview bar depending on that. Limber doesn't use any more of your RAM than any other layer with similar pixel dimensions.

    been trying limber and these presets but when i paste them, there is nothing in the visual, selecting > tranform > center in view / fit to comp doesnt show it either also i cant get the wobbly limbs at all from this video kzread.info/dash/bejne/X3d429Rrg5nSnKQ.html and how do i make a limb can go wobbly to both left and right? if possible, i want that for torso

  • @TheKeyframeAcademy

    @TheKeyframeAcademy

    Жыл бұрын

    What are you pasting them to? Its a little tough to know exactly where it is going wrong without knowing a little more detail about what you're doing exactly. Make sure that when you copy and paste the preset, that you're pasting it to an existing limb. You also want to use the copy and paste function within limber, rather than the system copy and paste. (Ctrl + C/ Ctrl+v)

  • @telstraroenssel3701

    @@TheKeyframeAcademy ahh i was literally pasting them onto nothing, was hoping to copas (ctrl c v) to make duplicates. Left arm copy, paste then tadaaa right arm. i totally didnt notice that copy and paste INSIDE THE LIMBER. big thanks! continuing that, may i also get help for the next few problems if you dont mind? 1. i cannot get custom artwork or limb presets to be wobbly, sliding "bone curvature" between 0-100 doesnt change a thing 2. probably the same problem with number 1. i want to make a motion graphic to animate something like sticker usagyuuun which needs wobbly torso but i can only get limbs from the "new" menu inside limber to be wobbly which somehow cannot have its start/mid/end size edited, sliding the parameters doesnt change a thing, and the only change i could do to the default shape layer was increase/reduce stroke size which is not enough to copy usagyuuun torso silhoutte
