That file is ur device specific..... u will get that twrp file of ur device by checking out XDA forum for ur device

Where did u put the file. To find out this , install any file explorer like mix plorer app and go to your file , then select it and check file info you will see exact path there . Use same path

After installing the recovery, simply open the recovery , then wipe the - dalvik, cache, system, and their was one more thing , check it out okay ? Then go back to main menu of recovery and flash the rom file... Halwa process hai bhai😁

OTG doesn't install anything. It creates a bridge between both device where the app helps to either link device in adb mode or fastboot mode.
