It was a humid day with lots of moisture in the air, As the air gets compressed at the wingtips the moisture condenses into a water vapor trail.

Aerodynamic effect that make tight spirals of disturbance at wing tips called vortices, all the planes generate these vortices, but varying factors; primarily condensation, is what makes them visible.
