@@sagarchaudhary840 I see. they are great and they beat Brazil in their home crowd. But for the past years it's Poland that i noticed who actually has good blocking. Cuba is the most improved team this season I wish they could make it to the semi finals or even win the whole tournament.

For all people that are asking why both teams are not playing with their first team its because they want to save them for the Olympics, and probably the teams can change in the next week of the vnl, also in Polish team they want to let younger members play.

In the USA's side, most of them are already on their mid and late 20s and Cody Kessel is already 32. So it's not the new generation of USA men's volleyball. The new generations are the ones playing for U21 & U19.

Also the approach angle, as they mentioned, makes it easier to hit a ball like that. 3:59 is a wonderful example, just watch out for that outside blocker💀

The Nations League before the World Championships, European Championships or the Olympic Games is a kind of testing of new players, formations and looking for form. Poles will play their best, but for them the only thing that matters is the Olympic Games.

These are not young players because the average age is +28 years. Gabi is 25. There were 20-year-olds playing in the Polish national team, but there were also older ones

@@UncleIvan1 Your comment doesn't make too much sense. The younger you are - the more time you have to gain experience. Eg. So you can compute if you are 25 and you need to be 3 years on the pro stage to start feeling comfortable you are already close to 30. If you are twenty - you do the maths.

Glad to see the young ones play for USA, especially Knigge and Isaacson. Great fight.

all the new players are working quite well mind you its only the first week. I'm sure all the guns will come out towards the later part of the tournament.

I do believe in succession of generations, the young blood is a must! Last year VNL, it came to my mind, perhaps wrongly, that FIVB, had put a precondition to all teams to bring a new generation, to guarantee the vitality of the sports!

Love the energy from the young players from both teams. I think just USA need to put more service presure and good passing and more transition in offense in the next match to win!

That final ball by Sliwka is insanely good...

On 13-15 for Poland in the First set there's clearly a second even third touch set from Slewka in the winning counter-attack for the 13-16 .I've noticed Slewka usually does it on purpose cause he knows that referees has never claimed this geste as a foul in the last 2 or 3 years.If you pay attention to his hands movement: he holds the ball in 2 seconds in his hands from a full squat position than he redirects and pushes it to the top in a second moment,it's a beach volley set which must be always called as a FOUL. PS:I've got anything against Slewka,but a couple of top players has followed his beach volley shot in the last 2/3 years as an example.

US needs to have a pro league. Their NCAA stars lack the experience in playing in pro league. How many of them can play in the European leagues? limited only. Not to mention that most of their members in the NT are already playing abroad. So to be given slots outside US is extremely competitive. NCAA is different from playing in the pro league.

This is the sort of tournament where teams will rotate their main 6 throughout the competition. They top players need to avoid injuries and they will be introduced systematically. There's some good actions to watch from both sides. On paper Poland looked stronger cause most of those who played had already made their debuts in the previous seasons. The final stage will be the one when we should see the best players. That'll be a good test for the powerhouses and the challengers just before the Olympics.

Garcia's fullest potential will be seen once Anderson Retires from the National team after Paris Olympics. Poor guy, he debuted with a heavy baggage of teammates on his back.

Usa have already qualified. This is a team of university reserves, who perhaps for the first time are playing in a professional tournament, but even so, despite childish mistakes, they showed that they have quality, and that in the future they could bring joy. Poland came with a mixed team, but very strong, and imposed their strong and tactical game. They'll definitely be in the VNL finals.
