Hello Michael, glad to see that you’re doing great. My wife (she recently retired in Iloilo) & I (currently working in Michigan & will soon move back to be with my wife and daughter) are both avid followers of your channel. We owned a parcel of vacant lot in Puerto Real near the clubhouse, tacked away from the main busy subdivision road (700 sqm), & are seriously contemplating of selling the lot. If you know of any interested/potential buyers, let me know and I can connect them directly with my wife. Thank you & more power to you.

Even the little things, you may have noticed that Mike reviews and acknowledges reasonable comments. None of that is happening on the old channel. With only about 1/10 the subscribers, he's getting a lot more views than the old channel. Excellence doesn't "Just happen", It takes effort.

@artemisvoyiatzis6149 just from watching vlogs, (which started with TPL-still unsure why that 1st video popped up for me!), I think snakes may depend on location in Phil. On Palawan I’ve watched a family vlog in which they live in countryside around Puerto Princessa (sp?). They have shown snakes in their yard & mentioned that certain ones love to live in the bamboo tree/shrubbery. So they cut it back as some of the snakes are venomous & they had a toddler. Then another vlogger also showed snake in his yard in rural Leyte I think. Surrounding countryside of Ormoc. & a vlogger who explores caves in Luzon always mentions possibility of encountering snakes.

I think you are closer to convincing me lol. That video last month of the house for rent with the electric vehicle included was awesome! I looked around there and those prices aren't uncommon (they don't come with a vehicle sadly lol.) Both places seem comparable. A comfortable decent sized house in both areas seem to be around 25k. Next winter we are making a trip out there, where we will also be looking at Chiang Mai, Thailand. I'm leaning more toward Philippines, just based off videos from multiple people at each location.

i find it funny that in the 8 months ive been here, every single old white american ive met in the philippines has been a trump supporter and they all wear that type of clothing that this shirt depicts. I love yours and biancas channels, im not tryna get political here sorry, but its just an observation that i keep seeing everywhere. For all the misinformation and bs they spew in America, it sucks theyre doing it here in the Philippines too. Keep that stuff out of the Philippines.

THAT LIVING ROOM WITH THAT CRAZY HIGH CEILING & ALL THAT GLASS WILL TURN THAT SPACE INTO AN INFERNO WHEN THE SUN COMES UP. IF YOU'RE GOING TO A/C IT THATS A LOT OF DEAD SPACE TO COOL DOWN. I WONDER WHAT THE NEIGHBORHOODS LIKE IF YOU NEED AN ELECTRIC FENCE AND GERMAN SHEPARD GUARD DOGS ? 😂 🤣 😂

Yes he mentioned he will be adding curtains or blinds in the video because he worries about that too. The neighborhood is great I know several who live here without any issues, doesn't mean people won't go next level on security, personal choice. Maybe its a politician??
