Hello Michael, glad to see that you’re doing great. My wife (she recently retired in Iloilo) & I (currently working in Michigan & will soon move back to be with my wife and daughter) are both avid followers of your channel. We owned a parcel of vacant lot in Puerto Real near the clubhouse, tacked away from the main busy subdivision road (700 sqm), & are seriously contemplating of selling the lot. If you know of any interested/potential buyers, let me know and I can connect them directly with my wife. Thank you & more power to you.
Its good seeing you build your channel while building relationships and connections that you can use in the future hats off to you 🎉

Even the little things, you may have noticed that Mike reviews and acknowledges reasonable comments. None of that is happening on the old channel. With only about 1/10 the subscribers, he's getting a lot more views than the old channel. Excellence doesn't "Just happen", It takes effort.
You're working your a$$ off pumping out these videos. Keep up the grind and you'll be back to 140k subs in no time. Keep posting and I'll keep watching
It's nice to see how the other half live...I didny know thar there were such elegant houses in the Philippines...😮

wow, great find ! what a magnificent home, so nice of your friend to show what's available in that neighborhood. Out of my price range, but you get a lot for the money. I hope they enjoy their new home.
The house is huge and western style-ish...would look really beautiful with a little bit of organizing.
I love Manila and don’t think I can live anywhere else, but Jesus, I can save a lot of money and still live like a king

Maybe make another interview with him on his trading journey? I am a newbie trader myself and I would love to hear.
That is a very nice house Mike I could use some renovations on my house after watching this video 😎
This is a good size home. Thanks for the tour.

Compared to thailand where infrastructure is way better and the housing I see on vlogs and the prices I see it so very different and unproportional foe developing country
Nice showing. A little bit out of my price range. 👍

I have seen two snakes one at a distance and it was a king cobra another tiny little harmless snake at a river once (king cobramost people think it escaped someone's terrarium since it's not norma)l. So all the jungles ect I really don't see any
@wintersojourn9356
6 ай бұрын
@artemisvoyiatzis6149 just from watching vlogs, (which started with TPL-still unsure why that 1st video popped up for me!), I think snakes may depend on location in Phil. On Palawan I’ve watched a family vlog in which they live in countryside around Puerto Princessa (sp?). They have shown snakes in their yard & mentioned that certain ones love to live in the bamboo tree/shrubbery. So they cut it back as some of the snakes are venomous & they had a toddler. Then another vlogger also showed snake in his yard in rural Leyte I think. Surrounding countryside of Ormoc. & a vlogger who explores caves in Luzon always mentions possibility of encountering snakes.
Which Iloilo subdivision is that ?

My wife and I are looking to move to the Philippines. In your opinion, would Iloilo or Dumaguete be better?
@ThatPhilippinesLife
6 ай бұрын
Wow well it depends ont be type.of life you want, beach life lots of restaurants and bars with foreigners around as well most establishments cater to foreigners? That would be Dumaguete more than Iloilo. Iloilo is urbanized clean organized city with good family life but rare to see a foreigner some days so you need to immerse in the Philippines culture to really appreciate it

@@ThatPhilippinesLife all that matters is that it's a more relaxed way of life where they understand English while I work to understand their tongue (Tagalog or others). While having other expats would be nice, I don't feel it is a requirement for us. That's why I'm kind of torn.

@ThatPhilippinesLife I'll definitely keep an eye out. I've seen some Filipina Pea videos on Dumaguete, but she hasn't really convinced me one way or the other. I think you are closer to convincing me lol. That video last month of the house for rent with the electric vehicle included was awesome! I looked around there and those prices aren't uncommon (they don't come with a vehicle sadly lol.) Both places seem comparable. A comfortable decent sized house in both areas seem to be around 25k. Next winter we are making a trip out there, where we will also be looking at Chiang Mai, Thailand. I'm leaning more toward Philippines, just based off videos from multiple people at each location.
$1500 mo. rent no income aside from maybe 401k, don’t think his 62 yet, that’s living the upper echelon lifestyle in the Philippines.

I've only seen a couple new subdivisions with underground cables so far here. Then again outside of downtown cities in Canada power lines are on poles, difference is every lighting strike in. Canada likely to lead to power outage and here somehow that's never been the case?? So odd
