I got selected for celebrity cruise and my joining is from uk port. What if they ask me questions related to the uk visa? How am i suppose to answer them? And do i need to apply for uk visa too?

Yes U need UK visa .definetely . One day visa just check with them. This visa and things company won't do . You have to take your CDC ,passport and offer letter and you have to apply by yourself for the UK visa to join the ship

Check your nearest UK embassy and call them today and apply for transit visa , just tell them U joing the ship . And follow them . The money you spend on the visa,company suppose to pay once you join the ship keep the receipt

Sometimes it takes some months to reapply

I’ve been Interviewed on 14 November 2022 , He asking me only two questions which state I’m going and what position I’ll be working , then Officer keep my passport and haven’t handover me any letter , today I check the status of my visa it’s been refused , no idea why ,

Just tell them the truth that nowadays too many people's are doing stcw because all the cruise ships open one time now and you just got a slot to do stcw and you almost going to finish the classes in two days , and so them any proof that the caksses are going on for you.

And one more qstn,Bro im a sri lankan,and i made an appointment for c1 d visa interview in dubai in 2020, and due pandemic,they postponed it,now in dubai i didnt get dates for appointment.so i got a date in sri lanka.u think thr will b a problem facing intrvw?
