Are they sure it’s a submersible? Back in the 60’s there was a TV show about a Sub which had a yellow submersible jet in its belly. It launched from under water, breaks the surface then flew missions. What else can do that? A cruise missle or an ICBM. Remember they were interested in the possibility of a UAP Which could transition air to water. Who’s to say that this isn’t the navy’s attempt at building a new seaplane/submersible.
