My dude, Africa was never helped, it was all a buisness that actually made Africa dependant of charity. Local buisness were actually damaged by charity because they couldn't compete with those programs. There's a very good video that explains why some if not most ONG are actually affecting Africa rather than helping, it in Spanish tho.
