China's military might not b up to date, but they're available for use wen its needed. India must make indigenous weapons of its own. India has fallen significantly behind Pakistan and China in submarines. Indian navy has failed to build or buy AIP submarines - mainly due to incompetent leaders in Delhi and Navy. Indian politicians in Delhi have failed to invest in Naval research to build an indigenous submarine and have put lots of unacceptable terms on foreign vendors. Political leadership needs to wake up and invest heavily in Navy to catch-up with Pakistan + China

worst could happen when that submarine stops working when submerged to depth waters

Like wise India must provide military equipment to Vietnam, Philippine n Tiwan.

Just curious if those Chinese subs have the same mess/eating areas as the US subs were the crew eats properly cooked meals. Or the Chinese subs don't have that and the crew only opens a can of preserve food and eat it at their own bunks. That will be hard if that is the case for 14 days inside the sub.
