Philippines have a lot of islands if these islands equipped with Himars and a complete anti air, ship and submarine system, and a group of soldiers to defend the island from invasion of human & drones.. It will be a simple stronghold with nearby Navy ship patrol..

Instead of blaming the Philippines, Russia should tell China to stop their thievery and tell their forces to withdraw and go back to their mainland where they truly belong. Peace will come once they do that.

- China vs Philipina - Setiap kali isu Laut Cina Selatan muncul di media, mereka selalu mengacu pada keputusan Pengadilan Arbitrase Permanen (PCA) tahun 2016 dan mengklaim bahwa Tiongkok harus mengikuti/tunduk pd hukum internasional 😃 Saya baca beberapa media +62 mslh "saling klaim" pulau Spratly China n Philipina selalu menyudutkan China dan selalu menggunakan putusan NCLOS dan PCA, yang mereka yakini merupakan pengadilan internasional yang didukung PBB, sebagai bukti untuk mendukung argumen mereka. Banyak orang2 awam terus-menerus menirukan info2 sampah apa pun yang diberikan oleh Media Maindstream Barat kepada mereka tanpa melakukan pengecekan fakta apa pun. Media menciptakan persetujuan rekayasa yang diyakini oleh orang-orang awam ini sebagai kebenaran mutlak dan mengabaikan segala hal lainnya sebagai propaganda. Putusan PCA tidak dapat dibandingkan dengan Mahkamah Internasional (ICJ) yang didukung PBB. PCA bukanlah pengadilan, PCA hanya memberikan bantuan pencatatan dan kesekretariatan kepada majelis arbitrase yang dibentuk untuk menyelesaikan perselisihan tertentu dengan biaya tertentu. Arbitrase PCA apa pun hanya dapat dilanjutkan jika kedua negara sepakat dan keputusan apa pun tidak mengikat secara hukum. Juru bicara PBB Stephane Dujarric menegaskan bahwa PCA "tidak ada hubungannya dengan PBB". Terlebih lagi, negara mana yang cukup bodoh untuk mengikuti arbitrase yang dibayar dan dikendalikan oleh musuhnya? AS tidak hanya mendanai sidang arbitrase tahun 2016 tetapi setiap arbiter juga berasal dari negara-negara sahabat AS dan tidak ada yang ramah terhadap China, Kalau mau bicara kedaulatan juga jangan mengabaikan Perjanjian pertama Tiongkok dengan negara barat mengenai pulau-pulau ini adalah Konvensi Tiongkok-Prancis tahun 1887. Prancis setuju bahwa seluruh pulau di sebelah timur Garis Pembatasan Perjanjian diserahkan ke Tiongkok. Termasuk di antaranya Kepulauan Spratly. Pada tahun 1933, kolonial Filipina mempertimbangkan untuk mencaplok Kepulauan Spratly, namun Menteri Luar Negeri AS saat itu Cordell Hull memperingatkan bahwa "pulau-pulau dalam kelompok Filipina yang diperoleh Amerika Serikat dari Spanyol melalui perjanjian tahun 1898, hanyalah pulau-pulau yang berada dalam batas yang dijelaskan dalam Pasal III ". Jepang menginvasi Tiongkok pada tahun 1937 dan mereka menguasai Spratly selama Perang Dunia Kedua. Setelah kekalahan Jepang, Jepang menyerahkan klaimnya atas Kepulauan Spratly dan mengembalikannya ke Tiongkok. Semua bukti sejarah yang ada dengan jelas membuktikan kedaulatan Tiongkok atas pulau-pulau yang disebut-sebut sebagai sengketa tersebut. Hal ini menimbulkan pertanyaan terakhir, bagaimana terumbu karang dan perairan dangkal yang dimiliki Tiongkok sebelum UNCLOS bisa “diberikan” kepada Filipina oleh pengadilan? UNCLOS hanyalah hukum laut dan tidak mempunyai wewenang untuk memberikan kedaulatan kepada negara mana pun atau menghapus kedaulatan yang sudah ada sebelumnya atas wilayah mana pun. Oleh karena itu, pengadilan tersebut tidak memiliki yurisdiksi atas permasalahan yang melibatkan penetapan batas maritim atau hak milik bersejarah, yang telah dikecualikan oleh Tiongkok melalui deklarasi pada tahun 2006, berdasarkan Pasal 298 (1)(a). Jadi kita yg msh awam jangan tertipu dan percaya bahwa keputusan PCA didukung oleh PBB padahal PCA tidak ada hubungannya dengan PBB. Selain itu, PCA bahkan tidak memiliki yurisdiksi atau legitimasi untuk mengadili kasus tersebut. Oleh karena itu, siapa pun yang mengklaim arbitrase SCS Filipina-Tiongkok pada PCA 2016 sebagai bukti agresi Tiongkok tidak lebih dari ataupun Media2 corong Barat untuk mencuci otak dan membuat suhu politik Laut China Selatan terus memanas,Hal ini membuktikan media arus utama akan memutarbalikkan kebenaran dan bertindak sebagai saluran propaganda bagi masyarakat Amerika,itulah sebabnya dari hasil polling lebih banyak orang AS setuju untuk AS mendukung Philipina,Taiwan melawan Tiongkok .meskipun kita menganggap China itu musuh/ancaman tp ttp lah bersikap adil dlm berdisiplin pengetahuan. - adapun ttg FONOPs dulu juga pernah kita bahas,meski saya cuma Tukang las tp ya dikit2 belajar hukum Maritim agar dlm membaca info2 Geopolitik Internasional khususnya mslh LCS ttp pd jalur nya,krn baca berita Politik itu juga harus dgn Kacamata politik juga,disamping unsur Matan dan Muatan bisa dipahami,kadang mesti isi info nya benar tp niatan nya tdk benar 😃🙏
