I've been watching you since middle school, and I'm not too sure how to describe it, but maybe I just grew up. I went from loving swimming, to not swimming in high school, to loving swimming again in college. Just watching you now, where you approach so maturely to goal times and how life is going, makes me feel grown up. I love your content! Thank you Cody!

Hey Cody, well wishes for the Olympics and the US Open. Hey, I am 16, currently half past my junior year in high school. I am looking forward to get recruited into a D1 school, but I fear that my times are too slow. I've been 39.8 in a 50m Free (long course and 46.7 in a 50m Breast (long course). I have just recently started focusing into competitive swimming just like a few months ago. But I have dropped over 15 seconds in both the strokes mentioned above. Is it possible for me to get recruited in a good D1 scool?

@@Chickenandeggs_ I see what you're saying, and while I know it doesn't sit idle, it's one of, if not the, premiere aquatic facility in this entire country. That there aren't future olympic-caliber swimmers swimming there on a regular basis really boggles my mind. Seems it should also attract the country's best coaches. I come from a club (years ago) that put an Olympian on every team from 1980 through 2000 and we had only a 6-lane, 25-yard pool. We would have KILLED for a GAC, lol.
