@@fazed657 Haha! She’s at all the better US tournament events. I think the lady is a total lunatic. Sitting there repeating that phrase constantly in the exact same tone. That’s a nutjob! But she does take the mic for all the better events. It’s incredible.

She's been a commentator at armwrestling tournaments since at LEAST the 90s, perhaps even longer, she's been in the sport longer than half the current batch of armwrestlers has haha

who's the guy at 5:43? He is incredibly impressive to be able to instantly pin schoolboy's brother like that. Schoolboy's brother is amazingly strong and yet he couldn't last a second against that beast...
I like the muscle tone I'm seeing here, there is always room for more Perfection when training for power. Eat right is my Motto and is train till you almost injure yourself I get fast results with this motto but beware of getting hurt.

Yeah.......I was thinking that when I rewinded back to that match, maybe Alex wanted to take it easy i.e injury, muscle pull whatever, but it just seemed like he took the word 'Take it Easy' quite literally.
