    @@Trey-Farmhand-Suit I was doing 70 rep pronation lifts. My tendons did not like it. It’s the one in my wrist

    Which is better for development of wrist strength Cable wrist curl or free weight ( dumbbell/Barbell )

    Riser 67.5 pounds. Pronation 95 pounds.

    @Trey-Farmhand-Suit sweet I'm at 70 lb riser and 95 lb pronation. I'm 240 and I'll be pulling in my first tourney in the amateur division do u think those are good weights for heavyweight in that division
