Which is better for development of wrist strength Cable wrist curl or free weight ( dumbbell/Barbell )

Whats ur max on rise and pronation from the floor

Riser 67.5 pounds. Pronation 95 pounds.

@Trey-Farmhand-Suit sweet I'm at 70 lb riser and 95 lb pronation. I'm 240 and I'll be pulling in my first tourney in the amateur division do u think those are good weights for heavyweight in that division

@Trey-Farmhand-Suit thanks! Everyone keeps telling me those are better than most amateur pullers so I'm wondering If I should just pull the pro class just to see where I'm actually at. What are your thoughts

Hi trey I really enjoy your videos thanks for all the valuable information I'm a big fan,I like all your homemade handles and tables, I'm new to arm wrestling and i really want to get into the sport but some things are kinda expensive, any advice or help would be appreciated, thanks
