He is not competitive with Devon. Devon is off his peak after he faced levan. His left arm peaks when his right arm does. So he is off peak here Devon, but still beat porkchop. It would be easier for devon if they faced when Devon is on a peak. You lose 5-10% of the peak strength after a peak. So Devon is weaker here. Go back and watch traning videos when Devon peaked before levan, he stone walled porkchop in both arms. This is off peak👍

Age has clearly lapped guys like Dave Chaffee and John Brzenk but dont think thats the case (yet) for Devon. True Larratt is struggling in practice against Pork Chop but he has several times before. Plus Larratt looked a lot better against Kurdecha this week than when they practiced together in '22. So we'll see how Devon does (especially in real matches) before we say hes past his prime.

Devon took any advantage possible, looks how his hand swallow Porkchop thumb even after the strap on and keep it that way until the round ended. I thought Devon would be comfortable against Porkchop regardless right or left arm, and not have to use every tricks in the book like this match. It always seems like Devon suppose to be on higher level than Porkchop regardless the shape.

For those wondering…Devon is at like 3 weeks of not working out. Lol 2 weeks before levan, and now a week later. And it’s left. And Devon is likely putting on a show. He most likely was giving porkchop too much. Plus we gotta remember, after giorgi porkchop pinned Devon’s right in practice lol
