The problem with these is that they need warheads that are manufactured and contain conventional explosives -- a truly revolutionary"game changer" weapon would be one that generates its own "warhead" -- ie. concentrated sound, light, or heat. The objective should not be to kill, rather main or temporarily incapacitate the "enemy". Demoralizing an enemy is just as, effective if not more so, as killing them.
