Is using a full name on the Internet against the Computer Fraud And Abuse Act?
Hopefully you know by now, but no, it is not against the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act to use your full name online.

I don’t see where Aaron Swartz’s violation is validated in the language of this act.
It defines a "protected computer" as any computer that affects interstate commerce, which is every computer
accessing any protected computer without permission that is acting on behalf of the govt or contractor of the govt
