If you look at the francophone countries in Africa, when they collect all their taxes and all the revenues they generate internally in those countries , they send all those revenues to Paris and when they need some of those moneys for any project, France will now give it to them as a loan with interest, can you imagine? What is more damaging than this? So I think the focus should not only be on America, other countries are doing worse in Africa as well.
