What are the home remedies for UTI?
UTI can be painful, but you can take certain measures to ease your discomfort until antibiotics treat the infection. Follow these tips:
1) Drink plenty of water: Water helps to dilute your urine and flushes out bacteria.
2) Avoid drinks that may irritate your bladder: Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices or caffeine until your infection has cleared. They can irritate your bladder and aggravate your symptoms.
3) Cranberry juice, cranberry products, and other herbal remedies containing cranberry are believed to help prevent these infections, however, the scientific evidence does not fully support this.
4) Take non-antibiotic supplements such as vitamin C, beta-carotene, and zinc to strengthen your immune system. Talk to a doctor to find out the correct dose of these supplements.
5) Wear cotton underwear and loose-fitting clothes so that air can pass through and keep the area dry. Avoid tight- fitting clothes and nylon underwear as these can trap moisture and increase bacterial growth.
Talk to your doctor before using any home remedy as these may have unwanted side effects or unexpected interactions with medications you take.

Muze bhi urin ka bohot problem tha bar bar bathroom jana padta tha or bohot jalan bhi hoti thi fir maine amazon pe UTRACON SYRUP ka rewiew padha or maine order kr liya ab muze isse bohot aram mil gaya hai ...or ye ayurvedic hai so koi side effect nhi..

Ji ye same problem muze bhi thi bohot pareshan ho gayi thi mai bilkul bhi fresh feel nhi kar rahi thi jalan ,khujli ,infection ki vajah se bohot kaisa to bi lagta tha maine ye youtube pe bohot videos dekh kr try bhi kiya pr fayda nhi huaa kisi upchar se fir youtube pe hi UTRACON syrup k bare me tha to ye try kiya bs isse hi muze bohot jald aram huaa hai ,,ab mai bohot achha feel krti hu ab bilkul infection nhi hai ,,comment me hi ek ladkise baat huyi thi to unhone hi bataya tha ki ye amazone se milega to maine order kr liya tha and ye ayurvedic bhi hai..

hello ma'am.. your video is really nice.. i was suffering from this UTI recurrently even after avoiding many things.. then i tried using planet ayurveda medication and it was really beneficial for me.. my UtI is in a better state now.

There are no set guidelines to how much cranberry juice one can have in a day for UTI. However, drinking one to two glasses (around 400ml) of cranberry juice in a day is beneficial in UTI
