I have migraine since my childhood. Most of the time when I was in sports and spending time in sun, that would cause me migraine... I stopped playing but now food, loud sound, lights, travelling causes migraine to an extent I have to vomit before headache stops... Usually I have seen I get attack as sun goes down... Looks like sun cycle plays a big part...

Good info..👍 I have frequent headaches normally start from morning or from afternoon i think its bcoz of sunlight.. Or might be bcoz of excessive use of computer & mobile.. sir I have been suffering from migrain from my child hood. I am very sensitive to sunlight and heat . Doctor suggested me to take Sibelium 10 mg every night. It may sound awkward but true for me that after sampooing if I go outdoor , if I am exposed to the sunlight , then and there I start having migrain pain. I am 32 year old working woman. Sir, I am 25 years old . I have been suffering from headache , upward of the right ear usually for the last 8 months. Almost 5 minutes before headache my vision becomes blur and blurring continues for 2 hours but headache continues for 8 to 10 hours. I also get nausia sensation. due to this I get hamperred for my study for 4 days in a month. As you said in your video it is migrane triggers. What I do ma'am . I'm just 18 I don't take any medicine for headache ( i usually don't get a headache generally it's only migraine that i suffer) i suffer from vision loss (that's worst) it's called aura i guess then i just lay down after a hour or half vomitting and then i sleep forcefully to get rid of the headache i get after vomitting it's unbearable 😭 Please please tell should i visit a doc. If yes so which doc. neuro, physio or what?😔 Because of such attacks (can occur twice in a month or week or may be once in two months) it's affecting my studies a lot as i just can't focus on anything then. i also don't know how to explain this to someone whether someone will get this or not i once told this to my mom and she was like I'm joking or something "ese thodi hota hai ki dikhai na de kuch fir ekdum se thik ho jaye sab🙄" this is what she exactly said. Earlier i thought it was just me who suffer through this but recently i discovered that it's something very serious. I don't know how long it's gonna be with me ( already suffering through it since last 5 years or more may be) I may sound the dumbest and stupid to you after this I'm just sorry for that but this is what happens when you're an introvert and shy AF especially when both at the same time🙂 If you're reading this Sir please do suggest something i would be grateful to you. Thank you
